Haley Tyler
Haley is a pastor, a friend, a disciple of Jesus, and an adventure-seeker who is committed to showing people God’s love wherever she goes. Her energy and passion to equip students to adventure with Jesus and serve Him in the unique ways he has gifted them comes to life on and off the stage. Her joy is contagious and you’ll likely leave time with her laughing hard and feeling like a kid again. Haley is currently serving as the Middle School Youth Pastor at Arbor Road Church in Long Beach, Ca.
Noah Reed
Noah is the Next Gen Pastor at Sierra Grace Fellowship and the host of the Get Your Donut podcast. He lives in northern California with his beautiful wife, two kids, and two golden retrievers. He and his family love doing anything outdoors and often find themselves being overly competitive in board games. After studying Christian Ministries at Biola University he went on to get his Master’s in Christian Apologetics with the goal of educating, equipping, and challenging students to know why they believe what they believe. It’s one of his favorite things to take theology or apologetics and make it understandable and relatable to students. He longs for students to own their faith in a way that makes sense and is freeing and inspiring to the Church and world around them. Noah loves burritos more than anyone he has ever met and is always ready to tell you why Wendy’s is the worst fast food choice you could make. More seriously, Noah wants you to love and follow Jesus, and know that you are loved and pursued by Him. You can follow Noah and his family on instagram @whatsupreeds. Noah grew up coming to Forest Home and is beyond excited to share the good news of Jesus Christ with students at camp this year!
Sammy Gayer and City of Worship
Sammy Gayer is a worship leader at Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa. She has grown up going to Christian camps every year since elementary school and her passion is in leading youth. She and her team seek to create a space where students can learn what it means to follow where the Holy Spirit is leading and encounter Jesus through worship. Her verse for this summer comes from Acts 4: “As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.” Sammy and her team are super excited to be back at Forest Home this summer and to see all of the ways God is going to move!
Hannah Helwege
Hannah Helwege is the Student & Family Pastor at New Life East in Colorado Springs, CO. She loves spending time with her best friend/husband Tim, being outside in nature, solving sudoku puzzles, reading good books, and hosting friends for game nights. Cory Fenn
Cory is a husband and father whose greatest passion is sharing the good news of Jesus with the world. He also serves as the Executive Director of Onward, a leadership development and discipleship organization that helps train and develop young and emerging ministry leaders from all over the country.
Jeff Bachman
Jeff loves to invest in those who then get to invest in others for kingdom impact! Jeff has been in ministry for 30 years and has worked in students, families, groups, and campus pastor ministry before stepping into his role and an Executive Pastor at Northgate Christian Fellowship in Benicia, Ca. He is passionate about getting a glimpse of the eternal through the lives of the people he works with that passionately seek out Christ in their life on a daily basis. Jeff has his Master’s Degree from Western Seminary in Evangelism and Equipping. He and his wife of 22 years, Shara, have three children, Jackson (18), Isabella (16), and Charlotte (14). Jeff loves music, cooking, traveling, podcasting, comic books, and sitting over conversations with a beverage.
Rusty Busse
My name is Rusty and I have had the privilege of serving as Music Director at Central Christian Church in Gilbert, Arizona for six years and have been involved with a few worship teams & bands including ACU Worship, Central Music, CSM Music Culture, Bonstin, STOX., and more. So stoked to bring together some of my best friends across those worlds to worship God together, serve Forest Home, and make some new friends at Winter Camp!
